MINUTES OF VMC (2008-09)

Minutes of the meeting of the VMC held on 16.08.2008 at 1130 Hrs. The following points on the Agenda taking up one by one.

1. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as such with the note to construct the temporary shed for Table Tennis which  could not be taken up for want of sanction and approval of the KVS(RO) Jammu and to employ a Coach of Basket Ball as resolved in the last meeting.

2. The proposed Budget of  VVN for  the year 2008-09 after thread bare discussion was approved with one voice with the expenditure sanction within the set ceilings prescribed by the KVS.

3. The CBSE Board Result for classes X and XII for the year 2007-08 were discussed.

MINUTES OF VMC (2009-10)

As consented, the meeting of the VMC is convened on 25.09.2009 at 1030 Hrs in the office the undersigned to discuss the following Agenda.

1. To discuss analysis of Board Examination Result of X & XII March 2009 and scope of further improvement.

2. To Approve Budget Estimates of VVN for the year 2009-10 as per KVS Norms.
